President: Joe Davis

Joe has over 33 years of experience in operations management, project management, sales engineering, industrial acoustics, ventilation, and design. In these positions, Joe has supervised the construction of manufacturing facilities, scheduled and managed production of equipment, managed application engineering and design groups, and managed a nationwide sales representative network.

Joe is a graduate of Grantham University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management. He has been a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers for 30 years. In addition he is a graduate of Fluor Engineers School of Advanced Refinery and Chemical Plant Design and the Bolt, Beranek and Newman School on Noise Control for Buildings, Manufacturing Plants, Equipment, and Products.

Joe is regularly invited to lead workshops on ventilation and acoustics in Houston and across the US to familiarize others with his passion. Recently, he co-authored a paper presented at the Arctic Technology Conference on ventilation on arctic drill ships.

Joe is co-inventor on seven patents issued by the United States Patent Office for Industrial and Marine Ventilation and Filtration Equipment, as well as four international patents with three more pending.

In his time off, Joe enjoys flying his plane, working on cars and spending time at the family farm with his wife and children. He is an active member of Cornerstone Community Bible Church and currently serves as on the Fort Bend Christian Academy Board of Trustees.

Executive Vice President / CFO: Ed Neese

Ed has been a financial professional for over 35 years.  His experience includes management consulting, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, forensic accounting, corporate finance, and international tax.

Immediately prior to joining Eldridge, Ed was the Vice President of Finance for TGS-NOPEC, a multi-national organization that specialized in seismic data.  He was responsible for the accounting, tax and finance functions for all North and South America business offices.  Additionally, Ed had responsibility for global treasury functions such as FX exchange and investments.

Ed has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University where he specialized in the study of HVAC systems.  After graduating from WVU, he went on to earn a Masters in Business Administration from Rice University with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship.  Ed is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.

When not working, Ed enjoys swimming, reading, home fix-up projects as well as spending time with his wife and their 5 children.
